How much will mine cost?

Every business is different, so every project is priced on what you actually need — not a one-size template. After a free, no-pressure chat I'll send a fixed, written quote with everything laid out clearly. No hourly running tabs, no nasty surprises at the end.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the project. Simple refreshes can be done in a couple of weeks, full builds and online shops take a bit longer. Whatever the size, you'll get a proper timeline before we start so nothing drifts and you always know what's happening when.

I don't know what I need — can you help?

That's honestly half the job. Most people I work with aren't 100% sure what they need, and that's fine. We'll have a free chat, I'll listen, and I'll be straight about what would actually help your business — even if that's less than you thought.

Can I update the site myself?

Yes. Every site is built so you can update text, swap images, add blog posts and pages without breaking anything or needing to call me. You get training and a short how-to video at handover.

What about hosting and domain?

I can sort all of it for you, or work with what you've already got — whichever's easier. Care plans bundle fast hosting, your domain, security and email setup into one simple monthly fee. No hidden bits.

What if something goes wrong?

Email me. Most things get sorted same-day. Care plan clients get priority support and a guaranteed response within 24 hours. You won't be talking to a chatbot — it's just me, on the end of an email.

Do you do just branding or print?

Absolutely. Plenty of clients come for just a logo, business cards, signs or a menu — no website needed. Whatever you need to look more professional, online or off, I can probably help.
